Email Marketing and Email Newsletters.

Every time I get a newsletter by email, I check to see which service they use.  Today, I found mailermailer, an email marketing and email newsletter online company.  Like ConstantContact.  It allows you to easily create an email newsletter online, and then do analytics tracking (who opened it, clicked on certain links, etc.)

The email newsletter I received today looks great and has an interesting format (good design), including good sales links.  But, you have to click on a link in the email to get to the real newsletter, not something I’d recommend.  The fewer clicks to achieve results, from the reader’s perspective, the better the sales conversions.  In layman’s terms, don’t annoy the customer and you’ll get better sales, and put things within reach.

Anyone else using mailermailer?  How do you like it?  Using something else, like ConstantContact, Awebber?  How do you like them?

Looks like a good plugin for email communications (or email newsletters) with your WordPress blog users.  Once a reader registers with your blog, you can email them.  Great for email marketing and building traffic to your blog and site.

We haven’t tested it yet; have you?  How’s it working for you?
