“This is to thank you for your invaluable advice on how to set up my new Web site. As you know, creating Web sites and blogs is such a mystery to me that I had to use a service to set up my site, but even with my matchless ignorance you were able to counsel me on how to design and promote the site and the blog so that people could find them. You were so kind and patient in reviewing the site and suggesting what I might do next that I didn't even feel half as unskilled as I undoubtedly am. It was a joy to work with you, and I am happy to report that, after being up only a few months, the site ranks #3 in its topic.”
