Looks like a centralizing tool for VOIP (like Vonnage or Skype (which we highly recommend), email, social networking (like Facebook, etc.), video calling, etc.

These types of online tools are great time and money savers and are extremely effective marketing and sales tools.  They are also great for intra-company communications, and for running a virtual team.

TokBox – Live Video Calling.

Looks like Skype, but with multiple video users on the call at the same time.  Could be great for video conferencing.
